What you should know before boarding your pet at Castleview Kennels.

• All dogs must be on a lead with a properly fitting collar, and all cats should be in carriers when entering the kennel.
• Proof of vaccination and kennel cough must be shown prior to, or on arrival.
• The kennel will not be responsible for any toys or bedding left with your pet.
• Owners should always make kennel personnel aware of behavioural habits of your dog such as aggression, how they are with cats or even if your dog prefers ball playing or frisbee to walks!
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We would request two weeks notice during the busy summer months. Last minute cancellations or no shows may result in the owner being charged for scheduled boarding.
• Payment is due when animals are picked up. Cash is readily accepted, personal cheques if you are a regular and we do not accept credit cards.
• To avoid disappointment please book your pets in well in advance. We tend to fill up very quickly during the summer months, bank holidays, school holidays, Christmas and the New Year period.
